About HeadCount
Founded in 2004 by Andy Bernstein and Marc Brownstein of The Disco Biscuits, HeadCount began as a grassroots initiative to register voters at concerts. Over the years, it has evolved into one of the largest voter registration organizations in the U.S., partnering with a diverse array of artists and events to promote civic engagement.
